When problems arise, he leads by example, focusing on solutions instead of blame. Currently, he’s guiding his team through a delayed project by shifting resources and adjusting deadlines. Anquan's commitment to accountability builds trust, respect, and shared responsibility, helping his team work better together and achieve their goals.
Sam Sinclair began as a part-time cleaner but quickly took on more responsibilities, moving into a project coordinator role and then project controls. Known for her reliability and initiative, she optimized processes like retainage deductions and ensured accuracy with her triple-checking approach. Her solution-oriented mindset allowed her to tackle challenges swiftly, consistently delivering quality work and exceeding expectations.
Tyler Alley, a team lead for Central Texas Google Fiber, believes in empowering others by providing the tools and confidence they need to succeed. He maintains a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and shields his team from negativity to keep them motivated. Inspired by leaders like Ryan Muller, Tyler credits the company's supportive culture for his growth, which has led to two promotions. His advice: maintain a positive mindset to empower yourself and others.
